Hello from Stacklane Milestone 4.

What to test

Change runtime config in Stacklane and confirm /health or /ready stays green.
Set build-only, runtime-only, and shared env vars, then open /meta.
Set STACKLANE_ECHO_SECRETS=1 and hit /log-test to verify log redaction.
Switch to the optional Dockerfile flow if you want to test Dockerfile path validation too.
